Flo-Tec, Inc. is proud to announce that our dialysis rebuild lab has again received an approval rating from Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Flo-Tec’s original approval was awarded ten years ago.
During a recent re-audit of procedures and quality systems, Flo-Tec received a confirmation of our “Approved” rating from Baxter’s Supplier Quality Assurance Department.
Our letter from Baxter states; “The purpose of the capability, capacity, and stability review was to establish a solid confidence level (that) Flo-Tec could still consistently meet the Quality requirements of Baxter-Tampa Bay.”
The letter went on to say; “Regarding the capability, capacity and stability review, no concerns were identified.”
Mr. John G. Thomas, President and founder of Flo-Tec, commented on the audit by saying; “I am extremely proud of our company’s recent audit results from Baxter Quality Assurance Team. Flo-Tec’s scored 99.9% out of 100% on an overall audit score report. I want to congratulate our dialysis Technical Service Manager, Mr. Jerry Virgillio, and his team on keeping the quality of their work and procedures for our customers their number one priority.”
